The smash success of the first Rare Beer Fest at Rhinegeist last year means that we get to not only experience the event again, but this time they’re expanding it to two sessions to make sure everyone that wants to attend the event gets a fair crack at it.

The brewery wants you to remember October 20th, but you’re also not going to want to wait until the last minute to get your tickets, because they will probably sell out well before then.  I’ll tell you some of the specific details in a minute, but let’s dig into the highlight first… the beer.

The Beer List

While specific tappings are still to be announced, we’ve got a great brewery list that should get you pretty excited to hold you over in the meantime.  You’ll get the chance to try the rarest of beers from these fantastic breweries:

The Details

I already told you that this all goes down on October 20th, and that they’re splitting it up into two sessions because the event sold out so quickly last year.

The first session is going to run from noon to 4pm and the second will be from 6-10pm.

There are two ticket levels that you can purchase:

General Admission

  • 10 5oz Samples
  • Tasting Notebook
  • $40

VIP Admission

  • 10 5oz Samples
  • Tasting Notebook
  • Commorative Glass
  • 4 Additional Tastings accompanied by food pairings.
  • Exclusive Info Sessions With Visiting Brewery Representatives

You can get your tickets online, and like I mentioned before… don’t wait to long to do it, this years event much like last years will sell out.
