COLUMBUS, OH – October 17th, 2017 – Four String Brewing Company will be celebrating six incredible years of brewing on Saturday, October 21st from noon to midnight with a party at their newly renovated Hilltop Taproom, located at 660 North Hague Ave, Columbus, Ohio.
The party will feature a bottle release of eleven different bottled beers: Motorbreath Imperial Stout, Ghost Ship Vortex Baltic Porter, and Rumble Strip American Barley Wine. Various OYO bourbon barrel aged versions, including vanilla bean and maple syrup, will be available starting at 12pm.
In addition to the barrel aged products, Four String is excited to announce their collaboration with Fat Head’s Brewery! The party will serve as the public limited release of Fresh Hop Pilsner, a continental-inspired Pilsner loaded with field fresh, whole leaf Glacier and Hallertau Mittelfru hops.
“We aged the beer cold for over a month in the traditional German way and have left the beer unfiltered to showcase the grassy, grainy, and herbal aromatics found only in a beer this clean!”, said Brewmaster Larry Horwitz.
The beer will be available at the party on draft as well as 6 pack cans to go, and will be sold exclusively in the Four String Taprooms.
The party and the bottle release will both begin at noon with DJ Adam Scoppa starting at 1pm. Live music starts at 6pm with performances from The League Bowlers, Mortimur, The Digs, and Bob Ras. Food will be provided by food trucks Ajumama and Holy Taco.
