I’ve got a lot to say about this topic, and will very soon in a deeper post after I wrap my head around some stuff.  There’s a lot of things that I have to figure out how to approach.  Craft Beer is an incredible community, and one that has the potential to do some really amazing things for people, and neighborhoods as long as we enable it to.

The sad part of the industry is the (for lack of a better term) shit heads that are pervasive in it.  Gender inequality, racism, sexism – we can easily see example of this nasty side of things if we start to look past the happy-go-lucky surface.

Like I said… I’ve got a lot to say about this, and I will.  For now start here.  This was a show to promote the Queen City Certified program, which helps to train people, and promote equality in the workplace.
