Things are getting even more exciting up at Dayton’s Warped Wing Brewing Company, who recently announced their expansion into Springboro, called the Barrel Room & Smokery (Read More About That Here). Today they’re announcing the addition of Erin O’Neill, who they hired to design and run their culinary program. This new program will be reflected at both their downtown Dayton location, as well as at the upcoming Barrel Room & Smokery which is planned to open in the summer of 2020.
The brewery seems to be pretty excited to bring their enthusiasm for making great beer into the food realm in the same way. They are particularly excited to see how Erin manages to execute his skills in combining the food and beer experiences together into something comprehensive and downright exciting.
The new menu will debut at Warped Wing’s downtown Dayton location today (June 27th). This innovate, shareable, eclectic menu (which you can see below) will only compliment their robust beer selection, make sure you hit them up and check it out the next time you venture out of Cincy!!!
