Streetside’s Return Of The Mac Day 2026

You love it. I love it. Return of the Mac. In fact, folks at Streetside have been so in love with the coffee blonde ale that it’s got it’s own complete day dedicated to it. Ever since the beer was first released in cans back in October of 2018, heck… ever since it was first brewed in 2017, it’s been stirring up all sorts of excitement not just with the base beer, but with all the variants that they’ve released over the years.

They’ve released stuff like Coffee and Doughnuts, Hiker’s Breakfast, Pistachio and Vanilla Cream, Pumpkin Spice Latte – ton’s of fun stuff – and this year? They’re bringing back some favorites and throwing a great sounding new one along with them!

This Year’s Variants

In addition to the base version of Return of the Mac, Streetside will be letting loose:

Cafe de Olla Return of the Mac – This variant of Return of the Mac combines Cinnamon, Panela and Espresso Roast coffee. It first made it’s debut at the 2024 Return of the Mac day.

Hiker’s Breakfast Return of the Mac – I’m a sucker for this one! Also first released in 2024, this summer variant of Return of the Mac brings Espresso Roast coffee with crunchy granola… get it? Breakfast! Perfect camping beer!

Blueberry Muffin Return of the Mac – This variant is a new one. It also leans very high into the whole “breakfast vibe” that the beer oozes by itself.

Make A Day Out Of It

Return of the Mac day isn’t just about a few beers being sold – it’s a whole celebration. Things kick off in the taproom 10am on Friday, February 27th and they’ll keep celebrating all day long! In fact, if you prefer your coffee beers as the sun is going down, they’ll still be rolling with live music from Johnathan Cody White performing at 7pm.
