All About Cartridge Brewing

The story of Cartridge Brewing is very much the story of the space that they occupy. They were the first part of a massive redevelopment of what used to be known as the Peter’s Cartridge Factory, an 1800s era factory that sat mostly empty for decades beforehand. The building is stunning, situated along the Little Miami River and the bike trail in an oasis away from the normal chaos of life.
It’s a project that is designed to anchor the space, provide a community hub and pay homage to a building that is already an anchor of sorts to the larger community. It’s a tie between the past, the present, and the future of the space, and the neighborhood around them.

What’s Cartridge Brewing Like?
Cartridge Brewing Company spent a lot of time (and a lot of money) to try to pay homage to the building’s history. The concrete and warm wood of the space oozes history and timelessness in a way that new construction just can’t seem to usually keep up with. They own their space’s history in such a fantastic way – paying homage in as many ways as possible, with little details everywhere you look.
Both the beer and the food are great, too. Their beers are beautifully balanced and approachable with the hope to provide plenty of options for everyone to enjoy. The food menu is wide-ranging and packed full of staples that you love to enjoy while drinking a few beers.
If that’s not enough for you… they offer a stellar cocktail menu and wine menu to please the “non-beer drinking” palates, or just those looking to hang out for a night.
