The big decision each year… how do you spend your new years? I could get really sappy about the meaning of New Year’s and the idea of new beginnings, and there’s still time before then that I might do just that – but 3 Points knows as much as I do that there’s another side to new years that is just as important.
It’s a party.
3 Points knows how to throw a party, trust me. Back again this year is what they’re calling ‘First Midnight: Glow Vision’ and it’s a really cool event that’s going to take just a little bit of explaining.
About The Party
You’ve been to a new year’s eve party before, right? So the big parts you’ll understand. Drinking – eating – reveling. That’s all standard fare. 3 Points Brewery is promising a wide variety of cocktails, specialty beers, appetizers and the “standard stuff” that you’re expecting.
The really unique part is what happens when that clock strikes midnight. That’s when the room transforms. Music changes, the lights die down and are replaced by blacklights. Throughout the night leading up to midnight there will complimentary makeup artists on hand to decorate guests with paint that will be invisible until the big moment. They encourage everyone to wear white, or vibrant colors to make the transformation that much more striking.
