It’s finally time! Happy 2 Brewing Company announced on their social media last week that after a LONG process, they are officially a Cincinnati Brewery now. The brewery is located inside Mio’s brewery in Anderson and has a small nano brewhouse that is designed to serve customers there. I don’t anticipate that we will see a lot of this beer leave Mio’s except for special occasions. As of writing, the group of four partners says that they plan on brewing once every other week and will be cranking out 2 1/2 barrels each go around.
