I knew it was going to happen, and yet… it still manages to catch me off guard, every time. We dove in with something that I DID plan for – this year’s Higher Gravity Beervent Calendar. The pick today was a bottle of Boulevard’s Rum Barrel-Aged Pecan Pie Brown Ale – and not to spoil the surprise for you – it’s freaking amazing.

To reward the folks who stayed up late with me, we took a dive into some recent label approvals to see some fun stuff that MIGHT be coming out from our local breweries! It’s a whirlwind – and it’s a tasty one!
