The 2026 Cincinnati Margarita Passport Is Here!

Margarita fans… I know you feel it. Your tequila senses are tingling. It’s officially that time of year. Margarita season. If you’re a drinker here in Cincinnati, and you’re a sucker (like I am) for a tasty Marg or two, you’ll want to make a note of this: 4EG is introducing a margarita passport at FOURTEEN different locations around the city. You read that right – 14 margaritas to try.

Inspired by the success of last year’s Espresso Martini Passport, the bar group is going big with this one!

Why Do You Need A Margarita Passport?

Anyone can drink a margarita, and you don’t really need a passport to do it well. Trust me, I’ve been drinking them for a long time – passport free. After you see the deal here, though, you’ll wonder why we ever did this the old way.

Let’s get the cost out of the way, first. The passport will run you $10. That’s I suppose the bad part. But that ten dollar passport unlocks a world of six dollar margaritas all around town that will make sure it quickly pays for itself!

The best part is that if you complete your passport (and if you’re a regular reader of this website, I know you’re going to complete your passport) you get entered into a drawing to win:

  • Free Margaritas for a year.
  • FC Cincinnati Tickets
  • VIP Oktoberfest Tickets
  • And a whole bunch more

See what I mean? Why were we ever drinking margaritas without this?

What Bars Are Involved?

Once you get your passport, the journey is up to you. You’ve got all summer to hit up these fourteen bars to snag their unique margaritas. Let this be your challenge, your exploration, your quest.

  • Beeline – Newport On The Levee
  • The Buzz – Newport On The Levee
  • Igby’s – Sixth Street, Downtown
  • Japp’s – Main Street, OTR
  • Killer Queen – The Banks
  • The Lackman – Vine St, OTR
  • Low Spark – 14th St, OTR
  • Nice Life – Main St, OTR
  • Pilar – Court Street, Downtown
  • The Righteous Room – Walnut St, Downtown
  • The Roosevelt Room – Liberty Center
  • The Roosevelt Room – Norwood
  • Rosedale – 12th St, OTR
  • The Stretch – The Banks

When To Get Your Passport

The passport program technically kicked off on 6/1/26 – but to celebrate the program which runs all summer (until 8/31), 4EG is throwing a “Peace, Love and Margaritas” kick off party THIS weekend on 6/5 at Beeline (located in Newport on the Levee). The party runs from 6-9 pm and is probably the best (and most fun) way to get your passport. If you can’t make it, you don’t need to worry, though. You can still snag your passport all summer long over at https://www.FourEGShop.com.
