Housed in a 100 year old building in Coryville, located at 13 W. Charlotte Street, Holy Grail was owned by local brewery Oldenberg. This brewpub used a 5bbl brewhouse that they purchased from the closed Lazy Hound restaurant and brewery in Pittsburg, Kansas.  The brewery closed in 1998, but re-opened under new ownership in 2004 as a restaurant without a brewing operation.
