Still not a lot of concrete information about an opening date on the brewery yet.  They have made tons of headway on the construction side of things, but are still waiting on the Brewer’s Certificate from the TTB as well as their A1C license from the state.

Still to come is a few odds and ends, such as a grain mill, gas tanks, more kegs and glycol system installation.  Their guess right now seems to be November opening, but when dealing with the government… anyone’s guess could be right.
