This week’s event of the week comes at us courtesy of The Old Firehouse brewery in Williamsburg.  The brewery has long been loyal to their favorite charity, The Patriot Pin-Ups among many other charities.  The patriot pin-ups, straight from their own website are:

Patriot Pin Up is a group of gals who volunteer their efforts to the true heroes of our country, our veterans!

Mission: 

Our mission is ensure that every veteran and service member knows their story will be heard, their sacrifice remembered, their memory honored, and their service appreciated.

Company Overview:

Patriot Pin Up works to bring veteran affairs to the forefront. We make care packages to send over seas, attend welcome home ceremonies to hug our veterans as they arrive home, raise money for veterans with PTSD, and visit VA hospitals to say thank you to America’s heroes.

Patriot Pin Up is a certified 501(c)3 nonprofit organization!

Aside from a minimal amount of the money they raise going towards office supplies, they donate all their proceeds to helping to support Veterans and service members, they are a great organizations.

The event is a charity event.  During the event one lucky gal will be crowned the very first Miss Firehouse!
