I have a love for Pizza that is beyond normal… beyond human maybe.  I could survive on the delicious Italian-American dish for every meal if my wife would let me.  She wont, by the way, except maybe for this coming week.  City Beat is kicking off their “Pizza Week” celebration around town, which is marked by more than 25 different pizza places around town offering up $8 pies.

Pizza week runs from November 1st through November 7th… so mark your calendar, and plan your pizza eating to go along with your beer drinking!

The part I’m excited about?  The kick off.

MadTree – Pizza Week – Of Course!

MadTree and pizza go hand in hand with their fantastic pizza kitchen, Catch-A-Fire.  It only makes sense, then, for the brewery to celebrate pizza week by hosting the kick off party at the brewery.

They are celebrating with a special tapping of a beer they’re calling “30 Minutes or Less” a Hoff Stevens keg of their ‘Lift” Kolsch infused with juniper berries and Lime.  It’s designed to pair up perfectly with Catch-A-Fire Pizza’s ‘Satisfy My Soul’ special pie for the evening.
