I thought this was going to end up being a solo show, drinking a beer or two and telling you about it after being snowed in for a weekend. It turned out that The Beercat came through and gave me a quick rundown of this years Jungle Jim’s Barrel Aged Beer Bash that I missed on Saturday – and I ended up getting out of the house to hit up Rivertown for dinner as well.
So… not so solo, and not so snowed in, either!
The Beercat was wrapping up his latest blog post about the festival at Jungle Jim’s – so it made perfect sense for him to hop on the phone with me to help tell me a little bit about what I missed this year – we talked about festivals and barrel aged beers, and a little bit about why they aren’t as special as they used to be (while still being pretty special sometimes too).
I drank some Dad – talked about Rivertown and their new beer and wrapped up testing some new technology that you might be seeing from time to time (some stuff you heard in the show – and some that you hopefully won’t even notice!). It’s a short and sweet episode this week – big things are coming… hold on tight!
