You don’t have to be a clown, or even a fan of any particular posse to enjoy this beer from Ludlow’s Bircus Brewing Company. They have crafted a really great IPA that uses a dosing of oatmeal to create a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that you’ll enjoy. Everything about this beer, and this brewery sounds strange at first – but as soon as you experience it makes perfect sense. It’s wonderfully different – new and familiar.
