If you’re a whiskey lover here in Cincinnati – you won’t want to skip out on this event at Karrikin Spirits over in Fairfax. They’re teaming up with the Ohio Distillers Guild to bring you (to bring us) the Ohio Craft Whiskey Festival, and it’s going to be an incredible chance to try a bunch of great booze (and even get your hands on a special bottle).

The Event

Tickets are already on sale – and they won’t last forever. The event is going to take place on June 25th, and they’re splitting it up into two different sessions: one from noon until 3 pm, and one from 4 pm until 7 pm.

There are going to be around 20 different Ohio craft spirits producers present at the event, and guests will have the chance to not only sample their products, but they’re putting together a pop-up bottle shop – so if you find something that you fall in love with, you can purchase it right then and there.

The incredible kitchen at Karrikin will be open for people to grab some food, but there will also be a bunch of other food options from other “well-known local food options” too.

The Bottle Release

To add a little icing on the cake, there is also a special collaboration bottle of bourbon that you probably want to know about.

Four Cincinnati Distilleries, Woodstone Creek, Brain Brew Custom Whiskey, Five Stories, and Karrikin have all gotten together to craft a special, barrel-proof blended bourbon that is extremely limited and only available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis for festival ticket holders. It benefits the Ohio Distillers Guild – and I’m dying to see how it turned out!
