Being fully honest and transparent… I was nervous about the news that new owners had acquired Fibonacci Brewing Company. This Urban Farm and Nano Brewery is an absolute treasure, and unlike any other place that I’ve ever seen. I think I’m not alone in saying that in addition to it’s uniqueness a lot of us have connections with Fib that are also unlike those of any other place in town.

This is why I (and I’m sure a lot of you) got a little nervous about new ownership.

The trepidation that I felt about someone else carrying on this legacy has been fully squashed after this conversation with Fib’s new owners, Willie Caldwell and Jon Pischl. Together, they compliment each other in the perfect ways to not just understand what Fibonacci needs, but to help it to grow into something that it’s almost destined to be.

With immediate changes already happening, it’s easy to see how the duo is willing to nurture this place – and with a much-needed food truck on the way, things are just getting started!
