Highgrain’s Silverton location is their first space, an old municipal building that is split up into several spaces. When you walk in, you enter the bar and taproom side of the building. It’s laid out for you to hang out with your friends, either a small or medium-sized group.

Behind the front room is the dining room. Here you can post up for a full meal, which you most definitely should; their food program is a step above what you might have come to expect from a craft brewery. Elevated farm-to-table dishes that you’ll be talking about for a very long time afterwards. Trust me.

The back room of the taproom used to house their brewery before they built their new production facility, now a great location to host events, either hosted by the brewery or private events as well.

They have a deck and am excellent beer garden outside, which creates plenty of space for you to hang out when the weather cooperates.
