HighGrain Brewing Company opened its doors in the summer of 2019 in an area of town that while there are several breweries within a short distance is still desperate for something like a taproom to come along and bring new life.
The brewery is centered around head brewer and co-owner Matt Utter’s traditionally rooted, easy drinking aesthetic, that when coupled with the brilliant farm to table inspired dishes from Lee Moeller creates a brewpub that will get you thinking differently about what the term can mean.
The brewery doesn’t just rest on creating new and delicious flavors for you – they have a cause rooted deeply in sustainability, and are always looking for new ways to bring that idea not just into what they are doing, but into the minds of their fans as well, inspiring change that can find it’s way deeper into the entire city as a whole.
