All About Brink Brewing
Brink Brewing set up shop in their College Hill neighborhood in 2017 because they wanted to be a part of redeveloping an area that was prime to make a turn for the better. They quickly showed Cincinnati how they planned on bringing new people into the neighborhood, by brewing some of the best beer in the city and creating a beautifully designed space that makes people want to spend time there.
What’s Brink Like?
Brink doesn’t have anything ground breaking about their look. It’s the warm wood mixed with industrial touches that you will find in both Denver and Cincinnati breweries, but they do it well. They have a scrabble board mounted to one wall, and two garage door style windows right on the front of the building to open it up to the street when the weather warms up. Their beer runs the gamut, from NE Style IPAs, to an amazing Imperial Stout, and a GABF award-winning English Mild.
They take tried and true, and elevate each piece of it to the highest level that they can.
