I have previously written about the upcoming Crafted Pints Brewery, as of today, they released this statement on their Facebook page.

“Today we sadly have to report that we will no longer be utilizing the location we had until this point called home, in Lebanon, Ohio. Crafted Pints had fully committed to being on Hidden Valley Fruit Farms and we were partially through our licensing process when we hit a major roadblock. Unfortunately we have ran into some serious zoning issues that have made it impractical to continue our plans on the farm. After careful consideration, we have decided to relocate our brewery and recently began revisiting several areas of prior interest in and around the city of Dayton.”

I want to wish them a ton of luck in their search, and can’t wait to try their beers.  I am saddened that they are losing what I felt was what made them special, their location on a farm.

As much, also, as I look forward to their opening…this blog is a Cincinnati beer blog, and despite the lovely craft scene in Dayton… that’s not me.
