You might think that lagers are all supposed to be light, fizzy, yellow beers. Listermann definitely proves that wrong with this Schwarzbier, a dark lager that makes my little heart go flippity flop. Really… it’s fantastic. It’s a great episode of Prost, and a really great beer from a really, really great brewery!
