I am in love with this beer – both Urban Artifact’s Double Polygraph and the standard Midwest Fruit Tart Ale, Polygraph. Made with Montmorency Cherries – it’s light and fruity, while still packing a 10% abv that will catch you off guard if you’re not careful. Bold is the perfect way to describe this beer! This episode of Prost is a fun one!
