HighGrain Brewing Company opened its doors in the summer of 2019 in an area of town that, while there are several breweries within a short distance, is still desperate for something like a taproom to come along and bring new life.
The brewery is centered around co-owner Matt Utter’s traditionally rooted, easy-drinking aesthetic, which, when coupled with the brilliant farm-to-table-inspired dishes from their brewpub, elevates the idea of simple pub food. It’s a space that balances a place where you can both spend a date night or a happy hour with your friends. It’s fantastic.
The brewery doesn’t just rest on creating new and delicious flavors for you – they have a cause rooted deeply in sustainability, and are always looking for new ways to bring that idea not just into what they are doing, but into the minds of their fans as well, inspiring change that can find it’s way deeper into the entire city as a whole.
