I’ve talked before on the blog about what Sam Adam’s means to not just craft beer – but to our small corner of things here in Cincinnati. It shouldn’t come as a surprise to you, then to know that I was extremely excited to get the chance to sit down at their new Cincy Taproom to talk to head brewer Chris Siegman about what they’re doing.

Chris has been doing some really great stuff around town at a handful of breweries since he first started brewing, so we dove a little deeper into his ‘Road to Craft’ to see exactly how he got from point A to point Sam Adams, and what makes him tick as a brewer. Along the way, we made sure to try a few beers that he’s brewing up in the new taproom, and took a peek behind the curtain at what it means to not only be a head brewer in Cincinnati, but to do it in such a unique environment as the one at Sam Adams.
