About Montgomery Public House
Located in downtown Montgomery, the Montgomery Public House is a comfortable space designed to be the “hangout” for folks who live in the area. With their partnership with Left Hand Brewing in Colorado, there is not just a huge stylistic variety of MPH beer on tap, but a really great variety from one of craft beer’s pioneers as well.
This is a brewpub through and through, with wood-fired pizzas and appetizers – it’s not a “fancy”, tablecloth and waiter type of place though. Montgomery Public House is designed to remain laid back and comfortable. You’ll definitely feel at home hanging out around a table with your friends, eating, drinking, celebrating.
What’s MPH Like?
Walking into the taproom, you enter a big space anchored on one side by the bar, serving up both MPH and Left Hand beer. On the other end of the space is a long counter that separates the kitchen. Tall ceilings, lots of warm wood and copper accents, it’s open but remains warm and comfortable. Behind the bar is a room with some tables for sitting and hanging out – and then outside the brewery is a large patio for those days where a beer in the sunshine is just what the doctor ordered.
The beer straddles all ends of the stylistic spectrum – with a few light options right next to some big Belgian style ales and a few solid IPAs to please the hop head.
